Are the products sold original?

Are the prices of the products inclusive of VAT?

The selling prices of all products sold through www.grimelange.com.tr include VAT.

Can I change the delivery address of my order?

Please check whether your order has been shipped. If the product you ordered has not been delivered to the courier yet, you can change the delivery address. To do this, you can send an email to [email protected] from your registered email address.

If the product I want to purchase is sold out, will it be available again?

Due to the continuous replenishment of our stocks, products are restocked unless the season ends.

How should I clean my products?

Since the products on www.grimelange.com.tr are made of delicate and technological fabrics, cleaning should be done according to the washing and drying instructions provided on each product.

Shipping / Transportation

When will my order arrive?

Domestic orders usually arrive within 1-3 business days.

How can I find out if my order has been shipped?

You can track your order status from the order details page on the website.

Is there anything I should pay attention to when receiving the shipment from the courier?

Yes. During shipping, products may be damaged due to mishandling by the courier. Therefore, you should check for any signs of damage such as crushing, tearing, or wetness on the package when receiving the product. If such a situation occurs, you should not accept the package and make a report to the courier.

The courier has arrived, but I wasn't home. How can I reach the product?

If you are not present at the given address, the product you ordered will be delivered to the nearest courier branch to your address. It will be kept at the branch for 3 days. You can go to the courier branch with your ID number to pick up the product. Products not picked up within 3 days will be returned to our company.

Cancellation & Return

How long does it take to receive a refund when I cancel the order?

When you cancel the order or return the product, your refund will be processed within 1-3 business days from the time the product reaches us.

Within how many days can I return the product I purchased?

You can return the product within 30 days from the date of delivery.

What should I do if the product I received is defective?

 

 

If you send the product back to us before the return period expires (30 days), necessary procedures will be carried out, and a refund will be issued. If the same product is available in our stock, you will be informed so that you can place a new order.
