2. Provincial Consumer Arbitration Boards for disputes between 6,920 (six thousand nine hundred and twenty) Turkish Liras and 10,390 (ten thousand three hundred and ninety) Turkish Liras in metropolitan cities,
3. Provincial Consumer Arbitration Boards for disputes below 10,390 (ten thousand three hundred and ninety) Turkish Liras in non-metropolitan city centers,
4. Provincial Consumer Arbitration Boards for disputes between 6,920 (six thousand nine hundred and twenty) Turkish Liras and 10,390 (ten thousand three hundred and ninety) Turkish Liras in districts belonging to non-metropolitan cities.
For disputes exceeding these values, applications should be made to consumer courts, not consumer arbitration boards. The competent authority is the consumer arbitration board and consumer courts where the consumer resides or where the consumer transaction is made.
In case of a dispute, you can also apply to all alternative dispute resolution methods accepted in our country, such as arbitration and mediation.
